Title	How much for renting a single bedroom in the West End?

Body	I'm helping my best friend find a flat for uni but I'm not sure she's being realistic with the idea of being able to afford a one bedroom. She has a part time job at McD's and a student loan (she hasn't worked out/clearly told me what her budget is) Surely a one bedroom flat is around £700 or £800 a month though right? I'm living in a tiny 3 bedroom on the City Center for £400 per month so kind of basing it on that but I'm also pretty inexperienced with flat hunting! Cheers folks 😁
