| Body | Hey all, first post to Reddit so don’t think I’m a bot or something, just seen a couple of bits about Wallace St and wanted to provide an update, I live there (not a landlord before you think I’m trying to push rooms on you!) Place itself isn’t bad, council tax can get reduced, no ones attempted (yet!) to force entry and it’s a pretty safe spot... relatively, the problem is the Factor, they’re a huge pain in the arse and refuse to fix anything, there’s a couple of the owners who are trying to vote them out and get a new factor in. But the current factors making their lives massively difficult, plus theirs a bunch of rental agents who keep trying to sway the vote for some reason. Tldr; flats will be great provided the current factor gets tae fuck. |
