| Body | Okay so I posted here a while ago, This guy has been dropping a barbell and been exercising above me for 2+ hours everyday, The other night 2 weeks after telling him to keep it down he goes at 12:20am, The other night I went up again and he never bothered to open the door. This guy doesn't have a floor, He doesn't have hardwood or carpet I noticed when I spoke to him. I spoke to the council and the guys landlord, They basically said because its not DIY / Musical instruments they won't do anything about it. However I don't believe that, I've had multiple people at my flat comment on the level of noise that occurs, my girlfriend has jumped a few times due to the barbell dropping.
I simply can't just get up out of here and move, I used to be homeless, I got this flat after spending nearly a year in a hostel with a rat eating my food one night. What are my options here I feel like I have some sort of ground here, the fact that the guy has no floor at all, and is just ripping away for multiple hours everyday, I listened to this for 5 months, I waited until gyms opened up again before I started to complain and the weirdo never leaves his house. |
