Title	Best areas to live in Glasgow East End?

Body	Hi, I'm looking to buy in Glasgow East End (for travelling to work outside of Glasgow). I've been really keen on Denniston but it's increasing in popularity so properties sell really quickly or are increasing in value. I've seen a lot of properties within the Springburn area but have heard varying accounts of the area, is Springburn Way a decent area now? I've also seen a few properties on Shettleston Road and Tollcross - is this area a decent area? I know it's hard to define what a decent area is but was just wondering if any of these areas in the East End have undergone any gentrification in the last few years? I'm not from Glasgow so was just wondering what areas to keep looking in and which to maybe avoid. Thanks!
