Title	Is Rutherglen/Glasgow Southside nice places to live?

Body	Hi all, I'm looking to buy a property in Glasgow/Glasgow area and the wiki seems in progress or out of date for the areas section. I'm a first time buyer as well and the areas seem to be in budget but I'm coming from the East coast so I'm not as familiar as you all - I was told to avoid Gorbals and Toryglen from a few of my friends
