Any reason can be given, serious or comedic. Mine would personally be Hill Street in Garnethill; despite it being in between Buchanan Street and the motorway its elevation makes it feel like some remote urban hill within Glasgow. Furthermore it has some beautiful architecture such as the well-kept tenements and Garnethill Synagogue finished by some of the best elevated views in Glasgow from the view-point overlooking Charing Cross.
