| Body | I just need a haircut, I don't need to be listening to smooth jazz or whatever they hell it is they do in the expensive places. I'm looking for one of those places that advertises a haircut for £9, but when you actually go to pay for it, you're charged £13. With the pound tip, that's only £14, and I'd rather get ripped off in an honest way like that, than to pay £25 to have my head massaged at the same time as I get a haircut (or after, I've no idea how such things work.)
I lived in China for a couple of years, and they're mad about washing your hair there. I don't much care for that sort of thing, but you're only paying a quid for the whole shebang there, so I let it slide.
TLDR - where can I get a haircut in or near the city centre for a not crazy amount of money? Walking distance, at most. I'm not made of bus fares. |
