| Body | Don't know if anyone has any advice, but we have had issues with groups of students shouting and blasting music in the back garden beside us, burning rubbish creating acrid horrible smoke well into the early hours of the morning, the police won't do anything and it's getting to the point where our flat is still smelling like a fire pit even if all our vents and windows are closed, will the council help, or do we have to go to their factor and lodge a complaint? Or any other ideas of how to make it stop? My gf has asthma and our downstairs neighbours are frail, really want to get it sorted asap. Thanks! |
