Title	I'm interested in a cottage flat but it has sagging floors

Body	Hello I found a very nice cottage flat and I want to buy it but it has sagging floors in the bathroom and kitchen, looking at the home report and asking the home owner both tell me that it's due to old age and it's nothing to worry about (property is 130yo) Should I be worried? Is it something dangerous or normal?
