Title	Any info about Lochwood Gardens, new builds in Easterhouse?

Body	Has anyone purchased a home within this development? Any info about the houses would be much appreciated. I understand it's not the best on the SIMD, but looking to find out whether it's worth purchasing a home there or not. Grew up in an area with similar SIMD redness, went up for a nosey last night but couldn't find much late at night to give us a real feel for the area. Does anyone live local?
