I recently developed Achilles Tendinitis and my GP told me to continue to walk on it, yet it’s absolute agony everytime the foot lifts off the ground. I found them not so useful and just wondered if anyone had recommendations for people that deal/treat this sort of thing in the Glasgow City area ie physios or sports people? Or if you’ve had any experience and what helped. It’s been over a week but can’t walk without pain!
