| Body | Moved to Scotland earlier in the year, registered with a GP in Glasgow. When my age group was called for the vaccine, I couldn't get an appointment - there was never any record of me (or something to that effect). They submitted an enquiry to the health board, two weeks later still nothing. Three weeks later still nothing.Eventually a journalist from one of the main papers here in Scotland intervened and I got my first jab on the same day.
When I called for my second jab, still no appointment or any record of my first one. Couldn't get a status certificate - even by creating a log in (because I never had a username).
Went to a drop in centre the other day and had 2nd jab. The nurse found me with my CHI number, said there was no problem.
My GP surgery is like, sorry guvnor, nothing to do with us.
Tried to get my status certificate again, still nothing.
Phoned the helpline, my CHI number shows absolutely nothing about me or the vaccine. All they could do was to 'escalate it with the health board' - something that I have no faith in because it didn't get me anywhere the first time round.
I've tried to find some contact information for the health board but got nowhere.I've tweeted them but the last time I did they replied days later.
Does anyone have any advice, or contacts, or a suggestion on what to do? I'm at my wits' ends. Clearly there is an ongoing glitch in the system, somewhere. I haven't seen my sister in over a year, I need to prove that I have had this damn vaccine and I keep running into the same problem with this wretched, diabolically run health board.
TL;DR - does anyone know how I can contact the Glasgow & Clyde Health Board directly, or someone else who can help and get this Covid vaccination certificate?
