Title	Incredibly loud Souped up lime green Ford

Body	Hello all, Anyone else hear that ass, spending through the streets in the southside. Lime Green Sporty looking focus with a chess board roof. Seems to think the streets are a race track, reving up and down, backfiring and popping the exhaust at all hours of the night and during the day. He is either going to hit someone or something. The neighbours around here have been able to get the number plate, so wondering what way we would go about reporting this to the police?
