I'm a 29F and I'm looking to lose a little weight. From bad experiences in the past, I don't want to do calorie counting - it made me ill. I just want to be more active and shift a little weight. I'd love help with a meal plan too as I'm looking for some new ideas!

I'm feeling very anxious about starting this and I would ideally like a female PT. I'm based in the west end but I'm happy to travel for the right help.
