Title	Anyone moved homes recently and having trouble getting vaccine proof?

Body	I moved down to London a few weeks ago and want to get proof that I'm vaccinated, but apparently NHS Inform can only send the letter out to the address on my record from when I had my vaccine appointment. Absolutely raging at this. I can't get my own medical record because I moved addresses? Wtf. They've "raised a case" but no guarantees I'll actually be able to get this. Anyway, has anyone experienced this and managed to sort it out? Any advice highly appreciated.
