| Body | What's the deal with food bin collection from flats? I live in a flat in dennistoun, each block has a standard sized food bin outside but that now hasn't been emptied in months and is now minging as you can imagine, especially with the weather. I see the council website has some info about trialing public food recycling points but doesn't seem to be any concrete info on this. Certainly nothing has been sent out to us in this regard but the food bin is not on the online collection calendar. I would think if they were doing away with the bins then they would be removed. In the meantime the bin is just sitting there getting worse. |
