My Brother is an American grad student and he is unvaccinated. He is in his mid-forties and the only vaccine that is available to him is the AstraZeneca. Him and his neighbor are both hesitant to take it. Does anyone know about the availability of the Moderna vaccine or have any general information relating to its availability. He is wanting to talk to the U.S. Embassy, but I have never heard of them providing medical services. Thanks ahead of time.
