| Body | We bought a top floor flat in the east end and had to go into the attic recently to check some wiring.
The space is huge and I see other top floor tenements for sale that have done an attic conversion. But it's pretty hard to find who owns the building rather than the flats, who you would talk to etc - TONS of stories of people just doing it without asking anyone which seems mental to me.

I know there' are difficulties with a shared roof and access for repairs etc, but honestly I don't know where to start. |
