TitleGluten free recommendations in Glasgow? Or any other recommendations for a first time tourist.!

I'll be visiting Glasgow for the first time this weekend. Looking forward to seeing such a beautiful city.

I'm coeliac, which means I have to be very careful when eating out, which is a pity as I'd love to experience Glasgow properly and try out the various restaurants and cafés around the city. I wonder if anyone fellow coeliacs / gluten intolerant people would be able to give their personal recommendations? (There are gluten free apps, which I've downloaded already and checked out, but I would appreciate a local's eye if possible...)

Of course, if there are any things you think we absolutely have to do or see as a first time visitor to the city, please let me know. We have booked a couple of walking tours (history + art nouveau architecture) but always appreciate advice from locals. Our interests are quite broad so ideas would be welcomed. I guess we'll be focused on: food, history, pubs, finding 'hidden gems', shopping for local goods etc. but again, any suggestion is welcomed! (I'm also in the process of checking out the wiki from the sidepanel, which looks really extensive so sure we'll find things on there too.)

We're fully vaxed and will be taking covid tests on the day we travel as to be safe. (We're coming from England, so I don't believe we have any restrictions.)
