TitleSolicitor recommendations?

Back story: I am in the USA. My dad was from Glasgow and went back to live there 7 years ago. He unfortunately passed away in May unexpectedly. He didn’t get a chance to do a will and it’s been a mess. I was there in June for his funeral and to settle things, but recently I found out he had a shared savings back account with his mother. She passed away in January before him. His sketchy brother has not reported her death this whole time to the bank. Her death was expected so they knew about all her accounts. Since her death was not reported they took my dads name off the account and kept her name on. After going back and forth with the bank they stated the account has been frozen and when the brother who is her legal next of kin decides to report her death then my dads name will be put back on and it will be as if she was reported first and solely in his name.

It’s a huge mess. The brother will not speak to me and I found out from another family member that he knows about the account and knows that I know. The only thing I can think of is he wants my dads money. Right before my dad died his brother beat him up after he got out of the hospital knowing my dad couldn’t defend himself for money. Like I said it’s a huge mess and super frustrating.

So at this point the bank said I needed to get a solicitor involved since he will not report her death even for her sole account at that bank. So does anyone have any recommendations for one?
