Title	Crow Road noisy as heck?

Body	I am totally new in town and know nothing about left and right. It seems to me that Crow Road is a very major road and so rather noisy. Do you expect an apartment unit (2nd floor with double glazing) to be subject to considerable noise? Around the VW Car Dealership.
