Whats the deal with the hyperactive Deliveroo cyclists on Ingram St/Queen St?!

They go on the pavement. Then off. Then on. Oh and they like to woosh right past you when your about to go into the shops for some messages. Oh and dont forget the wheelies they like to do.

Are they taking speed or amphetamines or something?!
