TitleAnyone else got a creepy postie?

Sorry for the long post but I need advice and am actually pretty shaken up about this. I stay around West End and my older male postie seems to go out of his way to interact with me every day even when I don't have mail (I'm beginning to suspect the fact that I'm a young female student has a strong influence on this).

I've noticed he puts letters through everybody's else's letterbox, but he won't do that for me unless he's sure I'm not in (for example, he'll stand and rap my door for five minutes for a single letter from council tax and then try and chat the ear off me and stare at me - surely he doesn't have time to do that at every flat?).

We had an issue with buzzers last week, so he didn't get let in for a few days - I missed a parcel, but went to pick it up at the beginning of this week. So at the start of this week, he rings my bell like crazy until I answer the door to hand me a red slip for the missed parcel and tries to chat to me - I told him not to worry, I already picked up the parcel and shut the door.

The next day, he rang the doorbell again and asked me to take a parcel for a neighbour, then said nevermind as they specifically requested the parcel to be left outside their door (he NEVER gives my parcels to a neighbour, he always waits until he can interact with me to give me the parcel even if it takes several days, yet he always seems to be asking me to take parcels for neighbours?).

The day after, he rings the bell to give me ANOTHER red slip for the parcel I've already told him I've collected (also it makes no sense to ring someone's doorbell for a package you don't have, to give them a 'sorry we missed you' slip? He knows I have the parcel as it will show in the system, plus he dated the slip to be from several days earlier). These are only a few examples, as this has been going on for several months and I could write for days about it.

I'm at my wit's end with this man and feel so creeped out in my own flat, does anyone have any similar experiences or advice? I try not going to the door, but he stands outside my flat for a really long time even when I have no parcels and then makes sarcastic comments the next time I see him about me not answering the door so it makes me feel even more awkward.
