Title	Is Calton still as rough as its reputation?

Body	I'm looking at a flat in the area, near Stevenson street, and was wondering what it's like these days? Is it getting regenerated, or am I actually likely to be broken into? Does anyone know anyone who's had something bad happen to them there? I know it has a "rough" and "druggie" reputation, but so does Govanhill, and I never had any bother living there. I don't care about pubs/cafés, as it's so close to town which has everything, just looking for somewhere I can feel safe coming home to.
