| Body | So two months ago I’ve ordered the monthly Prep meal diet from”KcalKitchen” website with the collection in their Glasgow restaurant. It’s quite a popular place with good reviews so I was excited.
After payment (£260) and no contact from them whatsoever I’ve realised that their customer service is non-existent (called and emailed them everyday for a month) restaurant itself couldn’t help me neither because the restaurant and prep meals are “two separate departments” (despite being the same company and sharing a website).
After digging deeper I’ve found out that not only they scammed so many people, but also they are a terrible company who lies about kcal and don’t treat employees right.
That £260 was meant to cover my food expenses for a month and because it didn’t, I was rly struggling (I’m a student with strict budget).
Do you guys think there’s any way I can get my money back? Surely pursuing this legally isn’t an option since it’s “only” £260. |
