Titlehow much to spend on a christening gift?
Authorfluentindothraki
Body
Background: colleague invited me to the christening but I was only there as a stop gap for a couple of months and had no contact with any colleagues outside work. I had asked the proud father what they wanted but he just said he doesn't know and the baby won't say, and none of the other colleagues came up with anything more useful. I bought a piggy bank in the shape of the first letter of the babies name which is quite fancy (£15) and was going to put another £15 into it (the piggy bank has a transparent front so you can see how much is roughly in there). Would you say that's ok? I probably will never see any of them again...
