| Body | I don't want this to sound pathetic, but I don't have any friends that I meet up with in person and would really like to start getting out there a bit more. My main issue I didn't start coming out of my shell until pretty much the end of high school, when everyone has already made their friends, so I just sort of... didn't make any. I also work from home almost all the time so no point looking to make friends at work.
I have found clubs to be quite cliquey and while people can be friendly enough there are people who already know one other and even when I've hinted I'm interested in meeting up outwith, it usually falls on deaf ears. So if anyone here is in a similar spot, perhaps we can work something out. I'm into walking, board games, TV, films, video games, all that kind of stuff. Although I'm willing to get to know your interests a bit better and try something new. |
