Title	Any recommendations for bird proofing a roof in Glasgow Southside?

Body	This morning heard some scratching in my loft, after some exploration found some starlings hiding in my roof (they seem to have snuck into the closed eaves through the vented soffit boards, and have been picking at my loft insulation). I know Glasgow Council don’t deal with bird problems. https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=17609 Does anyone have any recommendations for pest control specialists (for domestic properties) to help with bird proofing and moving the starlings on?
