Titlebuses during the train strikes?

I usually rely on the train to get me to work, but of course this week things will be a bit fucked. There's a way for me to get to work if I take a couple of buses but I thought lots of other train users will be thinking the same thing. I have a little bit of a crowd phobia and am afraid I'll have a bit of a freak-out on a very crowded bus. Do you think buses will be much busier than usual during the strike? I haven't lived in Glasgow during any previous strikes so I've no experience with it. Wondering if I'll be better off just organising a few work-from-home days instead, though I'd rather be in the office if possible.
