I’m an international student in my early thirties, and I find myself slowly drifting into depression.
Ive been doing therapy (online with a psychologist from my home country) for the past several months, and my mental health reached a point where the therapist asked me to find a team sport to socialise or she will refer me to a psychiatrist for medication, which is the last thing I want.
So, Reddit, are there any beginner friendly team sports in the city centre or anywhere accessible on public transport? |
