| Body | Would it be a dick move if I complain (again) about the group of happy junkies hanging around my building all day from morning till midnight littering swearing, spitting, shouting and sometime PDA. Its like constant noise from morning to late night all days. Its been 2 months and I always thought its not too bad, people need happy time etc, but they are being anti social most of the time (happy in morning, aggressive in the evening and affectionate to each other in night). I have emailed police last month but no response after an auto reply. Should I wait for the police or just give up or call again. What has been your experience if you had similar situation?
