Body | I've boxed on and off for a long long time and have gone through a few fairly extreme lifestyle changes this last few years and it's lead to the point where I'm giving serious thought to boxing tuition. I can do pads , but there's a real art to them so I wanna get as much practice on them as possible.
Im currently coaching a few PHD students so if you need references I've got em'.
My plan here isn't to create the next tyson, more to introduce folk to the mental and physical benefits of boxing.
