| Body | In short my landlord went and sold the flat I've been renting to a housing association on the southside. I found out about the evaluation last week so it's not like I got much notice. Just got a phone call from them asking if I'd like to remain a tenant, which ofc I want to, I have zero desire to go flat hunting right now and I quite like my little place. It's a one bed tenement.
Does anyone have any experience with housing associations? Should I be worried that theyd up my rent or just end my contract? Anything that I should know? |
