TitleNHS issue

Hiya, so before I go any further, I just want to clarify that I'm not generalizing in any way.

Yesterday I took more medication than I was supposed to, by mistake ( I have memory issues due to PTSD and I live alone, so not a good combination). I had noticed I had taken a second tablet, and given that it's an antipsychotic, I was worried about the dosage effects (twice the dosage). Naturally I phoned the NHS 24 line, and or course, naturally, it took 1h30 to get to them. That's okay, I can understand that, there's probably a lot of people going through.

Next, I finally get someone, and they tell me to go to A&E, so I promptly take an Uber and get there. They made me wait for another 1:30h, until I couldn't walk because I was heavily sedated, and I had to plead for them to let me enter as my heart and liver were aching. I was then taken to a cubicle where I was left for 3h, unattended, and while I was asking for help because I couldn't feel my legs, and as mentioned before, my heart was aching and so was my liver. To mention the time stamps, I arrived there at 2 AM, and then got to the cubicle at 3:30ish, then waited until 6.

Out of nowhere, a doctor comes and asks me what is wrong; now since I'm fully sedated, I can barely speak or keep awake. She starts asking me why I can't speak, in the most condescending way ever, and when I finally manage to stutter a few words, has the amazing nerve to tell me that sedatives don't sedate. Awesome (yes that is sarcasm because I can't believe someone like that has a degree and the evidence literally infront if them). I tell her the issues and she not only completely ignores me, but does everything in her power to get me to leave. Mind you they left me there for 3h and I couldn't walk, as I was, again, sedated due to the medication overdose. She took an ECG and a blood test, which was fairly standard, but then came out negative. Good (not sarcastic). She then gets me to leave on the basis that she doesn't see anything wrong, and again, while I'm fully sedated and can barely walk. She says "I'll walk you to the door, though". So I then get kicked out, not released, kicked out, because I never even got the armband or the registration, and am left barely being able to walk, barely being able to think straight, to get home.

Now why am I rambling here; my question is: in most countries, not only is this super illegal, but it is also morally and medically unethical to kick someone out in that state. Does anything here scream illegal? Because if so, I'd like to file a massive complaint. Not only was I not treated well, I was put in a very dangerous situation (this is in Glasgow, at night, and for those who know, know).

Thanks for any answers.
