Body | I used to box as kid up until about 17/18 then chucked it for the booze as everycunt in this country does.
I'm 28 now and not happy at all with my weight, body image or even mental health and I want to get back into a sport that I liked.
I'm a bit too unsure of myself to go to a class right now especially with the weight I've got so I'm looking to see if getting a personal boxing trainer would be an option?
I'd much prefer one to one sessions where I can actually improve my skills and fitness rather than just going to a boxfit class. I tried a few boxfit classes late last year but just didn't feel like I got much out of them. Probably my own fault though.
Could someone recommend one? |
