TitleAnyone know anything about the Weirs Pump factory in cathcart?

I was looking at properties in cathcart but some of them are very close to the factory. However, news article said it was sold in 2006 with intention of redevelopment into flats. That obviously hasn't happened - is it even still functioning?

Just wary of buying right next to a factory.
