I've just started viewing properties for sale, and I'm find the Home Report values sort of difficult to understand. It appears that flats with more bedrooms go for more, even if they are smaller in terms of square footage.
How much is neighbourhood factored in?
What else is considered?
Are the property values in the Home Report generally considered fair?
