Title	Hilarious encounter on the number 60 bus last night

Body	So, context - I get on the 60 at the bus stop on Hope Street at about half 11 last night and head upstairs as the bus is jam-packed. Bus sits at the stop for a good few minutes while even more passengers pile on after me. The bus presumably reaches capacity, and suddenly, the driver appears at the top of the stairs; big chap, tall and broad. He swings round the pole and adopts a warrior-like powerstance in the aisle right next to my seat. He stares intently at the back of the bus before uttering perhaps the most effortlessly badass and simultaneously hilarious sentence I've heard in a good while: "Peekaboo, yous two," He points a finger at the back. "Aff!" The subject of his ire is a pair of individuals, presumably a couple, with rather clapped-in facial features and clad in only the finest Carbrini gear. "Wit, us?" The male responds with a quizzical tone, in the most stereotypical "Glesga junkie" voice you've ever heard. "Aye. Everybody else paid their fare except yous, so get aff." "Naw, we fuckin' paid." "Ye put 30 pence in coppers in the hing." The offending couple scurried off past the driver, muttering "fuck you ya dafty" as they squeezed past him and down the stairs, but given the fact that he probably weighed as much as the two of them combined, they went mostly without a fuss. The driver was humble in his triumph, letting out a weary sigh as he made his way back to his seat. Once he was out of sight, the entire top deck of the bus erupted into laughter and exclamations of disbelief at the scene that had just unfolded. A truly legendary moment in public transport history. I'm surprised nobody started clapping, quite frankly. If anybody happens to have been on that bus at the same time as me, and can either corroborate my story or indeed correct my version of events, as I can't remember what was said verbatim other than the major points, that would he very much appreciated - doubly so if somebody caught it on camera. As much as TRNSMT might be a disruptive shitfest, you can at least count on getting a good laugh whenever the neds are out in force.
