As a birthday present I bought my daughter a ticket for Trabsmit on Saturday.
She’s a big fan of Wet Leg (amongst others) and arrived in plenty of time to see them.
Unfortunately though she was stuck in the queue for a whopping two and a half hours and missed the entire set.
This seems like seriously bad planning to me and in general a total shitshow.
Anybody know if it’s worth a strongly worded email or suchlike? And who’s the best person to vent at?
Surely some sort of compensation is fair. |
