| Body | I’ve been following “Glasgow City Centre Flats - 1 and 2 bedroom” on Rightmove for a while now. Has always been around 100 for a while, they were selling and coming on the market at about the same pace. Recently it has started to creep up, now there are just over 140 For sale.
So, either loads more are coming on the market or the sales are starting to slow down!
Giving the base rate has gone up 5 times recently to slow the market down it may be the start of a slow down in sales I guess? Any thoughts? |
