| Body | I'm not having a mental health crisis right now, but I have had them in the past and for a variety of reasons I had to just bumble along and push through it. There was never really a convenient time to stop, take a break and just unpack the stuff that's, at times, been pretty heavy to bare.
Now I'm at a place where I am relatively stable, financially speaking, and moving to a four day work schedule at my job has left me with the opportunity to take stock of what has gone on in my life. I don't want to go the online route because I am currently living with my parents and the flat is rather small and as you can imagine, sound carries. I don't want to say something that they might overhear and then take issue with it and I worry that any ensuing argument that could come up might defeat the purpose of counselling in the first place.
So if there are any quality, yet affordable, councilors in the immediate Glasgow area that anyone can recommend for some self reflection and personal improvement I would greatly appreciate being pointed in the right way. |
