TitleLate night fast food (not chains)

Body
I'm back in a job where I'm finishing quite late into the night, 2am or 3am isn't unusual. Normally end up either in the city centre itself or passing through.

Last time I was at this lark, I was often in for a quick Chinese when my shift finished. The Canton Express on Sauchiehall St was open until 5am, and after it was gone the Hong Kong Express kept similar hours. A plate of noodles was ideal after a long shift.

It figures that various places will have closed since Covid, and maybe the numbers leaving pubs and clubs aren't what they were before the pandemic. But I'm still struggling to find anywhere open beyond midnight that isn't a kebab shop or McDonalds / KFC / Taco Bell.

Takeaway is OK although I liked being able to sit in somewhere. There must be places I'm missing somewhere?
