I've always found this. Also that it doesn't even necessarily have to apply to people from overseas/far flung places. I love speaking to people from Manchester/Liverpool/Yorkshire/Ireland say how much kindship they feel with Glasweigans/Scots - in many cases more so than they feel kinship with people from other parts of their own country. |
