Body | I'm planning to get away for a few days before I return to work and the difference in destinations, cost and options between Glasgow and Edinburgh Airport is stark.
I get that Edinburgh gets more tourists, so there will be more routes, but I can almost never remember flying out of Edinburgh when I first started travelling. Now it seems as if it's the only place to fly from.
In fact, looking at numbers from 2019, Glasgow Airport had around 8 million passengers, while Edinburgh had closer to 15 million.
Why is there such a difference? |
