I’m looking to buy a flat in Glasgow and I’ve spotted a flat on Lancefield Quay that I’m interested in. But the Home Report is quoting £376 per month in Factor Fees
Seems a bit steep to me - is this normal for Glasgow? Or if anyone has any experience living at Lancefield Quay I’d love to hear them. Thanks!
