So today I just got on the pavement, one foot touching the ground, was getting off my bike when two runners came up behind me left and right. I lost balance a little and one of them slapped my bike handle bar and yelled “you are on the fucking pavement!” And he went on to run on the road. As in the road for cars. Me think he needs anger management, but is that a usual thing here?
