| Body | Guys need some advice of anyone's had similar situation.
Been told and shown that my roofs is gubbed. They can patch it up but recommend a new roof. Once quote was £40k. There's 6 owners in this block of flats, and it's a lot to ask for everyone to pay.
The factors and city building have done cow boy repairs to the roof over the past X years , masking tape on tiles etc, see images attached.
Factors will just ask us to pay for it so they ain't much use to me.
Can anyone share their stories for myself and others in the future who may have this issue.
