Title	difficulties finding a flat, any advice?

Body	My partner (unemployed, signed off from work long term and on limited capability) and I (student), are both desperately looking for a flat in Glasgow centre (give or a take a few miles). We’re moving up from England. We’ve been having a hard time finding somewhere because everywhere either gets snapped up or only want/consider professionals. I’ve been looking on gumtree etc for private landlords but that’s proven futile! We need to move up by the 1st of September and our hope is dimming, any advice? We’re also first time movers who have a guarantor.
