TitleGood Therapist for Dealing With CPTSD

Was wondering if anyone can recommend a good therapist for dealing with issues that are rooted in childhood experiences?

I considered doing EMDR, but I have never suffered any huge traumas, and there is no specific memory that I want to deal with. It is more a build up of consistent stress in childhood without detailed memories that I can work with.

I realise this might not be considered CPTSD, but it is the closest label I can find. I basically think a lot of my mental health issues may stem from the daily stress of living with a mother who was dealing with her own severe trauma and chronic illness, as well as the unusual dynamic between my parents. They didn't fight, but were unhappy and there was no affection. They also slept in separate beds for most of my childhood until they separated when I was 16.

I have had a year of psychodynamic therapy through the NHS. This helped me understand a lot about where my issues stem from, and why I now react in the ways I do. However, it didn't teach me how to heal from any of this.

My mental health problems are now affecting my partner and I am desperate to find someone who can help. If anyone has any advice I'd be really grateful.
