Hello Glasgow. From what I know about Reddit at least some of you have careers where you are on a computer most of the day. I have recently be tasked with helping to promote better tech/digital apprenticeships to young learners in Scotland (with extra focus on Glasgow); encourage digital upskilling and reskilling for adults; and to create an inviting tech ecosystem for encouraging talent to more here.

I'm only a tiny part of what is going on with these initiatives, but I want to ask Reddit since no one has done it before. What are your experiences and do you have any ideas that you think would make a positive change? Only constructive responses please.
